words are showing backwards. The correct word is elect, but instead it shows tcele. Also entering the app, instead of PEOPLE FUN, it goes to a different graphic and shows the mirror image of PEOPLE FUN

My app has disapeared

Teammates' scores not accurately showing up during tourneys. They get stuck on very low scores. Super frustrating for them and other teammates because they can't contribute. I used to love this game for the tournaments, now they're just frustrating. This needs to get fixed or I'm out.

Wordscapes keeps requesting I install other games and I can't get back to Wordscapes

SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN. WHAT IS GOING ON I GO TO GOOGLE PLAY AND REINSTALL THEN ALL OVER AGAIN. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THIS ON MY TABLET LIKE I USE TO HAVE. Error msg keeps appearing when trying to make coin, bees, hints etc purchases. Unable to complete purchases.

The game goes to black screen after some of the ads and won’t let me re enter. The only way it restarts is if I turn my phone off and back on. I give up. Sorry to quit playing but can’t seem to fix.

This is the second week in a row that I cannot see the tournament on my game screen. I've updated to latest version of game, made sure wifi is working, and am signed in correctly. My brilliance level is over 4 million, and I'm a team leader. What do I do?

The "WATCH" gift box doesn't work the last couple of days. It's. black screen and eventually you get Woodoku ad but you can't get rid of it and you don't see the ad run. And you get no extra freebi. And, at the end of a level, you have to tap the screen to get your points, otherwise you just get the spinning white wheel in the center of the screen. It's just been very glitchy.

Videos not playing in wordscapes. It says loading video, then says no videos available at this time try again later, then says checking for videos in, 5, 4, 3,2, 1, then repeats. I have uninstalled, reinstalled this game a few times. Same issue. Videos o. You tube and my news videos play fine. The ga!e works except for the videos. I have also cleared the cache for this game and Google play store. Still same issue.

Wordscapes - become glitchy and now picking up letters I’m selecting, stopping for seconds, can’t find out how to clear cache on iPhone.

My phone freezes while on wordscapes. It gets super hot and the letters dont connect to make a word. My phone gets stuck on the wordscapes screen and wont shut off and has to wait until my phone battery is completely dead and then I can charge it and get back to my home screen. Any amazing solutions for me?

Videos for free gifts aren’t working any more

the last week or two wodscapes has been jerky and slow on ipad air 3,have been playing for 3 years+ with no problems not worth keeping app if problems cant be fixed.

Lately, Wordscapes is causing my ipad to heat up. This has just happened about 3 weeks ago. I play the game every day and it has caused my ipad to heat up excessively.

My Wordscapes app keeps freezing up. It happens for the whole app AND with letters and words during play. The words or letters just freeze. I have played this for over three years, but am beginning to give up on the all the problems I am encountering. I have removed the app and reinstalled it, but that only helps for a while then it starts freezing again.

While playing the game it freezes and stop working like it’s being done deliberately . Now reCAPTCHA isn’t working for my post to go thru. I have never had this happen before with reCAPTCHA. Wordscapes game is changing the names of the players by itself. Our team leader is Ginger but it says Toby all the time or You. This game is wacked out. I open a pink box for coins and it stops the ad halfway thru and I have to shut down my phone to keep playing. We have a player named blubby and his name shows up as mookie. What??? Please help. I'm very saddened that I'm close to 2 million and I can't go further. Ever since the update I have had several instances where I had to play the same words and grids back to back. Then it went to 4! It is now stuck on that same grid and word selection and I refuse to play it a 5th time. I have waited and only played the daily challenge for some time. Please fix this. Hello, My game wants to go in slow motion. I make sure I don’t have windows open. I shut down my computer and wait and then start up again. Still problems. The hint buttons, like the rocket, fireworks thing, and give a letter for 100 coins have disappeared from my game that I am over 4k in levels. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the only option that I was given was replay it till buttons appear and log in or contact support to adjust levels/coins and prior purchases. I wish there was another way...anyone else have this issue?

Frequently when playing Wordscapes, and especially during tournaments, the screen is unresponsive. I have to hit a letter hard and several times before it will register as having been pressed. Sometimes I will put my finger or stylus on the letter, and as I move to the next letter the first letter is removed from the word. This can also happen with the letters in the middle. It also happens during ads when hitting the X won’t work, even after hitting it many times. And sometimes the ad simply freezes and I have to close the game and start all over. I know it’s not my iPad because it works fine for everything else, including other games.How do I fix this issue please?

My daily puzzle is not scoring properly. I should be receiving 3 stars based on my game play but for the past 2 days only got one. Today I received all 3 points and then the score reduce and changed as I was looking at it reducing by 2 points. Please help!!!!

I absolutely love playing wordscapes. but not playing during weekends, due to not being offered the ability to opt out of tournaments. The only option I've seen is disconnecting from internet, but that is inconvenient, and also the loss of some of game capability. Seems this should not be that difficult, with such advanced technology. Happy for those that do enjoy tourneys, but myself and others are forced to choose no play during weekends. PLEASE HELP. 😊
