How to fix ZEDGE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZEDGE app on iPhone
Update ZEDGE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZEDGE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZEDGE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZEDGE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZEDGE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZEDGE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZEDGE App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZEDGE » click [Force Stop]

Update ZEDGE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZEDGE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZEDGE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZEDGE.

Fix ZEDGE unable to contact server/ ZEDGE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZEDGE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZEDGE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZEDGE
