HI I'M A DISABLED ADULT DAUGHTER OF MY LATE PAPÁ RET. VIETNAM VETERAN ARMY MEDIC SGT 1ST CLASS . FIRST WHEN I INSTALLED ZEDGE APP IT WAS WORKING GREAT AND NOW WHEN I SIGN IN IT STOPS AND KICKS ME BACK TO THE APP ON MY HOME PAGE . PLEASE HELP ME RESTORE MY FAVORITE APP ZEDGE. THANKS ALEJANDRIA TRP

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ZEDGE app issues:

Force Stop the ZEDGE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ZEDGE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ZEDGE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZEDGE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ZEDGE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ZEDGE.

Fix ZEDGE unable to contact server/ ZEDGE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ZEDGE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ZEDGE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZEDGE on android.
