How to fix e-Sign app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the e-Sign app on iPhone
Update e-Sign app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall e-Sign iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve e-Sign network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix e-Sign not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent e-Sign app issues:

Force Stop the e-Sign App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click e-Sign app. » click "Force Stop".

Update e-Sign to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear e-Sign App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "e-Sign app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch e-Sign.

Fix e-Sign unable to contact server/ e-Sign internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click e-Sign » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got e-Sign » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch e-Sign on android.

You can also store documents or share with other users via online storage services (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and more). Note: eSign is intended for standalone use with other e-Sign for Government users only. Once connected, e-signed documents can be sent to other users by email for review and signing. It provides a simple and secure way to prepare, send and sign mission-critical documents on the iPad and iPhone. The signing ceremony takes place locally on your mobile device and the transaction can be completed even if no internet connection is available. It is not inter-operable with e-Sign Desktop or eSignLive by Silanis.
