How to fix MoshUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MoshUp app on iPhone
Update MoshUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MoshUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MoshUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MoshUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MoshUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MoshUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MoshUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoshUp » click [Force Stop]

Update MoshUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MoshUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoshUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoshUp.

Fix MoshUp unable to contact server/ MoshUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoshUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoshUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MoshUp
