I have a problem with MoshUp

- App has become unusable for some users due to bugs

- Takes a long time to load back up after force closing

- Some users have trouble purchasing the full version

- No clear indication if full version is a one-time purchase or subscription

- Cannot edit multiple clips together for datamoshing

- Audio does not play during recordings

- Some users experience pixelation or audio issues when switching angles or recording new clips.

To resolve MoshUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MoshUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoshUp » click [Force Stop]

Clear MoshUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoshUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoshUp.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoshUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoshUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MoshUp
