Animaze Avatar Status

I am using a 3080ti RTX nvidia graphics card, win 10.h2 Animaze and steam updated to the latest version. When I firts installed the Spout 2 plugin to OBS and activated my camera for the firt time, everything was working fine, after restarting the computer, other days, when activating the spout 2 dedicated camera in animaze, the animaze freezes, then i need to kill it opening the task manager. I tried everything, reinstalling the animaze, the spout 2, closing antivisuses and antimalwares, clean install animaze, etc etc, some times it works, sometimes it dfoes not. Something goes wrong, so I decided to not turn it on again. but then what is the advantage of paying the price and get to a paid account if problems keep happening. Hope you can find a solution to this, and giove me good news. I have 256G Ram Memory. and a Ryzen Threadripper processor, running form NVME2.0 ass SSD No problems whatsoever running any game, your software crashes when the dedicated camera is activated.
