Been with this bank for years and FrontierGo for most of them, it’s terrible. I opened an account with another local bank and their app works much better, it makes no sense how FrontierGo is so bad compared to the others. I’m always being forced out and when I try to login with my credentials, which I verify with my bank on the phone, it still says it “can’t validate” my information. And this happens constantly.

I use face recognition and it only works 50% of the time. So then it makes me type in my password which I know is correct. Says we cannot validate your information. please check that your login credentials are set up correctly online. Please call 888-***-**** for further assistance. Once I call they correct the issue but it’s such a hassle calling each time.

Great app, but I have two main problems with it:
1. It takes a couple days to update information, so I have acquired over withdrawal charges because FrontierGo said I had money when I actually did not.
2. It logs you out immediately, so if you are switching back and forth between a credit card app and FrontierGo to compare, you have to reenter your password each time.

App is really helpful when checking your account, and it updates quickly. Easy to transfer money between checking and savings.
