Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AT&T app issues:

Force Stop the AT&T App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AT&T app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AT&T to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AT&T App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AT&T app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AT&T.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AT&T » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
