Is not letting me login to post schedule
In the morning it clocks me in an hour late, but when I clock out the time is correct. Therefore I'm missing an hour at the end of the shift due to the time discrepancy in the morning.
Trying to clock in and clock out computer says invalid ID number which is the right one I put in
The location has not changed even though I have been back home for two days. I tried everything i uninstalled the app, I checked the GPS on the phone. Nothing works what else can I do. I restarted my phone.
I need to click in andout I can not open the app

An error message for the past few days that says " validate_-version_msg" keeps on blocking my options to punch in. I have turned off my phone and unfortunately this inconvenience keeps on coming up . I need help in which to solve this issue . can you send info on how to fix this at americanhomeprov@redacted , as Caridad only speaks Spanish and I (massie-office from the agency ) need to assist her in explaining to her how to fix the issue. Thank you massie
