[Solved] App won't respond, keeps saying wait, but still won't work
Trouble logging in
I am an IT Analyst at Pediatric Home Service in charge of deploying iOS devices, specifically iPads, to our nurses. I was recently asked to deploy the HHeXchange+ app to the devices. I did so by first getting the app for VPP through Apple Business Manager and then applying and deploying it through our MDM which is Microsoft Intune. The app was deployed to the devices as expected. However, when trying to open it an error message pops up indicating the device is rooted and closes the app. Our devices are iOS so they wouldn't be considered rooted anyway (it would be jailbroken), but more importantly our MDM would not allow a rooted or jailbroken device to be enrolled anyway. We have no other issues with any other apps on our iPads out in the field.
App is not showing not available on IPhone 12 with OIS 16.0. Trying to contact support but can only send a message and wait until they have time to reply. Once they finally reply, they close the ticket so it's resolved.. IT'S NOT RESOLVED!!!! Would be really helpful to actually speak to someone.. just a suggestion..
the app is extremely bad everyday it takes almost 40 minutes just to clock in cause it freezes and tells me to wait i keep losing money its really frustrating please fix this already it even kicks me out and than i have to do it again and again for 40 more minutes and i dont think my notes are saved which is important because i was told to explain when something happens if i was unable to clock in for any reason

It’s not letting me clock out
When I clock out I can get through the stages and when I need to submit everything all at once the app freezes or crashes. This has been going on since July 27th. Todays date is August 1st. If this could please get taken care of, it would be greatly appreciated.

Question, do you have a chat line for the caregivers who are having trouble with their app. Most of the issues are that they are not clocking in or out and they are claiming that they did clock in. I received 10 caregivers today who say that it is missing clock in or outs. Therefore, I think there maybe an issue. Please advise because, again, I received more than 10 messages or more with the same issue. Emma , Receptionist Xilin Association

It's not accepting my clock in or clock out
My HHAexchange app lets me clock in but not clock out. It ALWAYS freezes up where the client is supposed to sign, it says UNVERIFIED and will not let client sign, I can't go back and the verify prompt will not let me verify. I have done EVERYTHING my company has asked me to do and still will not work. At one point and time clients WERE able to sign on my phone. This has been going on for at least 4 months. Can someone PLEASE help me out with this issue?

Worked great for almost 2 years. Now I have to wait to sign in and wait to sign out. About 20 minutes. Then I have to go back and wait and wait andVFC wait another 20 to 25 minutes to make sure I signed in or out correctly. . I am a pa. I have my daughter with special needs. I can't babysit this app for almost an hour, everyday, 4 times a day. So frustrating! Sometimes I have to call my job to see if my time in and time out was logged into their computer. This problem has been going on for over 2 years! I have an android phone. Thanks
App doesn’t work and can’t clock in or out, I have to use clients landline and messes up everything and I get paid less hours because the hha exchange registers totally different hours worked, of course always less. Someone else ( not me) is benefiting from this scam app

I'm looked out of my hha exchange. I tried several times to reset it. Even with the temporary password that was sent, and it keeps on saying valid email address. Even though the email address is correct.

I clock out at 7:02 pm and by the time I entered my task and finalize the process it showed that I clock out at 3:02pm which is really ridiculous I had to turn around using my patient house phone to clock out this is so stupid I will be right beside the patient and the app showing me out of the blue circle and saying how far I am from the patient this isn't fair for we the workers because our company will think we are not where we are when we clock in or out think stupid

When I go to clockin/or clock out it buffs for about 3minute then it takes be back to sign in Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work It's very annoying 😒 HELP ME

I lost plenty on my part time money from this app. I think that it is a scam. If they get a thousand people a month to have this issue, you do the math. Who gets the money you lose?
App not loading this evening. Tried force stop, phone restart, cleared data & cache, uninstall & reinstall. App buffers & isn't loading. My phone updated to Android 13 yesterday so hoping it's not a compatibility issue.

For the first year this app was great. For the past year you have to wait. Then it loads. Then we see the wait sign. Now, not loading. Tasks page is not there! Restart! Restart! Restart! What a problem!!! Especially when you want to get paid!!! Fix this app please. This is not the only bad reviews!

In the morning it clocks me in an hour late, but when I clock out the time is correct. Therefore I'm missing an hour at the end of the shift due to the time discrepancy in the morning.

Access denied for this method is what I am getting when I try to use the app. It happened after I clocked in.
An error message for the past few days that says " validate_-version_msg" keeps on blocking my options to punch in. I have turned off my phone and unfortunately this inconvenience keeps on coming up . I need help in which to solve this issue . can you send info on how to fix this at americanhomeprov@redacted , as Caridad only speaks Spanish and I (massie-office from the agency ) need to assist her in explaining to her how to fix the issue.
