The same issue as Juanita. I am not new to this, and is is asking me to start a new profile, then it won’t let me proceed.

I can’t login. I have had the app for 5+ years. It is asking me to create a new profile, when I insert my name, it won’t let me go any further.

I can not access the app I already signed up with you but the app is asking me for my name and last name when I fill the information I can’t go anywhere and this happen all the time that I try to get in
