I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. I have cleared data and cache. When I go to see "Treatment" after I enter my test results it always comes back with "OOPS something went wrong".

Same issue as others. App won’t load. Says something wrong. Tried reboot. Clearing cache. Removing and reinstalling. Nothing fixed it. Wasted another disk trying to test.

Oops not working error. I cleared cache, data, and reinstalled the app. I also restarted my phone. Nothing worked and I've been having issues all week with the app, but it would start. I just had a hard time loading the recommendations for the pool.

How to fix Leslie's app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Leslie's app on iPhone
Update Leslie's app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Leslie's iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Leslie's on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Leslie's network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Leslie's Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Leslie's not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Leslie's App
1. On android, goto Settings » Leslie's » click [Force Stop]

Update Leslie's to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Leslie's App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Leslie's » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Leslie's.

Fix Leslie's unable to contact server/ Leslie's internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Leslie's » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Leslie's » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
