We would really like to know our scores as the children made a huge effort to get their points and corresponding rewards. Now we can't log into the app anymore and therefore can't see how many points they already had. How can I find out the latest points recorded in the app?

I am having the same issue as reported by all other users. I have tried everything from deleting cache, verified Internet, removed app and reinstalled, etc. Nothing resolves this issue. I have emailed support with no response for nearly a week.

The app is broken. I haven't been able to log in for days. I'm starting to wonder if the developers abandoned the app. If so, it would have been nice to have a heads up.

Unfortunately it seems as if the developers have given up on the app or have discontinue it or have shut down the servers and have not notified any of us. It would have been great to receive some kind of communication so I could have moved my files or at least save them or maybe take a screenshot.

It is asking me to sign in and then telling me there is no internet connection. I tried un-installing and re-installing it, I tried clearing the cache and dats and forcing a stop on the settings screen. Nothing is working.

This app WAS amazing. We used it for years and years for shared shopping list. Sometimes it had problems if I started app with no internet access. In those cases I just closed it, opened mobile data or Wi-Fi and reopened the app. And it worked. But lately there are problems not seen before. Even if I have internet connection opened the app cannot login. Web access from browser doesn't work also. It all seems to me that there are server problems not app or internet access problems. This leads me to scratching my head wondering if developer discontinued the app without any notice. That would be bad, very bad for developer's credibility. Many users (including me) have tons of our data on OurHome servers which is now cut of and unavailable to us.

The app is very slow. Sometimes won’t connect to the internet. Now it won’t let me log in. After I logged in, nothing shows up. Please update the app.
