How to fix Chap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chap app on iPhone
Update Chap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chap App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chap » click [Force Stop]

Update Chap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chap.

Fix Chap unable to contact server/ Chap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
