To resolve S'moresUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the S'moresUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » S'moresUp » click [Force Stop]

Clear S'moresUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » S'moresUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart S'moresUp.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click S'moresUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto S'moresUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch S'moresUp
