I am having problems with it lagging. when watching live it's about 45 seconds behind.

I cannot get our FLIR cameras to play on line???

Flir and lorex don't connect to wifi The app was working, suddenly stopped and showed no network connection. I tried to reconnect four which I use it didn't work then I tried lorex it didn't work. I have internet and the wifi is working but not on four, what is the problem?

Close and restart the FLIR Cloud app on iPhone

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FLIR Cloud app issues:

Force Stop the FLIR Cloud App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FLIR Cloud app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FLIR Cloud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FLIR Cloud App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FLIR Cloud app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FLIR Cloud.

Fix FLIR Cloud unable to contact server/ FLIR Cloud internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FLIR Cloud » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FLIR Cloud » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FLIR Cloud on android.
