- The app randomly deleted fonts from 7 years of work without showing the user which fonts and pieces of work were affected.
- The app is destructive of the user's body of work and the user is furious and wishes they could sue.
- The app is impossible to use on an iPad, especially with Adobe Sketch.
- The app requires manual syncing from the desktop and making the file available offline for use, which is inconvenient.
- The app does not update changes made to a file on Creative Cloud, keeping the first version of the file synced.
- The company charged the user a $200 cancellation fee without warning and it takes hours to contact them, with the user being hung up on multiple times.
Creative Cloud app on my Iphone immediatly shuts down after opening. Reinstall doesn't work.
Creative Cloud app has started to quit upon opening on iOS devices. Force quitting iOS, deleting/reinstall app/sign out-in does not help. A day ago there was no problem. None of any solution suggested from various online pages do not help.
