I have a problem with MediaCloud

No current problems

- Poor video player

- Some versions of songs may not be the best quality

- Confusing and hard to find music at times

- App crashes when tapping "replay" and deletes all songs in playlists

- Free version only allows downloading of remixes, not official versions

- App can be slow and unresponsive at times

- Full version may have issues with playlist size and song search

To resolve MediaCloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MediaCloud App
1. On android, goto Settings » MediaCloud » click [Force Stop]

Clear MediaCloud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MediaCloud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MediaCloud.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MediaCloud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MediaCloud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MediaCloud
