Lorex Cloud on windows 10 is causing the blue screen of death. Computer shuts down with an error screen and tries to reboot.

Lorex app on my iphone 13 is scrolling the 14 cameras we have. Not connecting like it was. Look up your info and did the reset network like you info said and still no pics.

Hi your tech department has not been able to resolve the issue. The 4k cameras are online, but I cannot view them on my PC (windows 11) The July 2019 app was good with the 2k cameras, no problem. I have to start the new app Nov 2019 (the latest one, I think) three or four times before the cameras show. When I started up the app again, the same thing happened. Very disappointed.

The Lorex Cloud app on my Windows 11 computer does not connect with my cameras after a power failure or internet disconnection. When the cameras come back up the IP addresses have changed and the Cloud app is looking for the wrong IP address. The Lorex Home app on my Android phone has no problem connecting. It is just the Cloud app on my computer.

We use Lorex DVR and IP cameras. We have used the Lorex Cloud application for a while. Within the last week when I try to launch the cloud application from my Win10 PC, nothing happens. It seems the application never boots. I have searched for a solution online, and have come up empty, so far. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling,(no luck) I have tried Lorex client 13, and cant even get that to connect. (this software is not recommended for my NVR but wanted to exhaust all avenues.) We are using the N862 series and normally works brilliantly, but now I can't access my footage except from a mobile device, and unfortunately this method is not helpful when building a case. Please help.

Hello. Im not receiving push notifications any longer. Ive checked all settings but no longer receiving them. Is there an issue with Lorex cloud servers or is this a local problem with my DVR? Thank you for your help.

We have used Cloud for some time, and it is still working on an android tablet, an iPhone, and a windows 10 PC, however when I got a new android phone, the app will not connect, even with using a 2.4 connection. The message comes up saying the app has a bug. Perhaps it is new software on a new phone??

I have had Lorex Security cameras for a year. I was never able to use the cloud app. on my pc ever. It doesn't connect the cameras. I have tried the support line and she couldn't solve the problem. Also the app is not made for high res. 4k pc and monitor, as the all of the icons and headings are tiny, barely visible. I'm not changing my resolution settings just to use this inferior cloud app.

I have a problem see live view on my iPhone using cellular data only. It just spins and spins. Your agent said there was an issue with T-Mobile. Is that right or do I have the settings incorrect?
