It’s a joke. Advertises 30 minute delivery, but all I could get (in same town!) was 72 hour delivery and $25 fee for 2 bottles of good Cabernet Sauvignon for a gift. Even when I agreed to terms, the order would not “process.” In other words, they have my credit card and I’ve got nada.

How to fix Saucey app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Saucey app on iPhone
Update Saucey app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Saucey iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Saucey on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Saucey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Saucey Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Saucey not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Saucey App
1. On android, goto Settings » Saucey » click [Force Stop]

Update Saucey to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Saucey App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Saucey » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Saucey.

Fix Saucey unable to contact server/ Saucey internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Saucey » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Saucey » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
