How to fix 7NOW app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 7NOW app on iPhone
Update 7NOW app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 7NOW iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 7NOW on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 7NOW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

7NOW Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 7NOW not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 7NOW App
1. On android, goto Settings » 7NOW » click [Force Stop]

Update 7NOW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 7NOW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 7NOW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 7NOW.

Fix 7NOW unable to contact server/ 7NOW internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 7NOW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 7NOW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 7NOW
