App features looks old and miss essential choices such as electronic statement of credit card transactions so customers can save them,also many of requests customers need not there.

It is very application, I am extremely disappointed from such application, very very poor with very limited information about the spent, I never received a statement, I have to check it myself through the application, I can’t see more statement than the current and previous, I am not sure if this is a real NBD ! NBD is one of the most prestigious Bank in the MENA but I don’t what happened to them in KSA !

90% of the time EmiratesNBDKSA won’t let me logged in as it will terminate my session as soon as enter my account for no reason.

EmiratesNBDKSA is terrible—no updates in over seven months, crashes constantly, and feels outdated. The gap compared to other banking apps is huge. Developers must fix this.

Your Banking App had a problems for more than months and no one cares to fix it
Like you have always to log in many times untill you reach the main screen or log in more that 3 times until you pay an invoice
Its horrible app with very bad developer that never care about fixing bugs

The worst bank ever you could think to get visa card from it. Now i know why it is free of fees and cash back offers. I advice you to check your monthly statement as i found mistaken transactions they think pepole not checking it. For me i'm disappointed and cannot recomand it to anyone not only this and if any asked me i should ask them to be careful.

Very Complication and very late from others banks and their apps , please take a look at the competitors and their apps and see how they are making every thing fast and easy These apps have been created to facilitate all operations but Emirates Bank still living in 2000 . I’m pulling my hair to get my request done, they’re very quick in selling you the services but very bad when you wanna clear your account with them, they hold you as long as they can

Unable to generate e documents like a bank certificate - errors all over. Need to call the bank to activate a beneficiary and when doing this, OTP message is late causing my phone transaction to be cancelled. Poor workflow and UX.

On first attempt to login to EmiratesNBDKSA , it shows that there is an error in the system and no credit cards are available

1-I can’t log on if EmiratesNBDKSA in arabic language
2-can’t found Card account number for payment

When trying to open any google maps links , the This application launched instead of google map app

This issue was there since at least 3month when i tried to use it.

Please find a solution se we can access to The bank services...

There is no important data like history for the previous statements and payments

Issues with your face recognition not functional

I hope to be able to see my Credit Card Pending Transactions. I Cannot see it in EmiratesNBDKSA or online either. While other banks credit cards offer to see pending transaction right away! Not three days later!

Continuous errors while logged in. Application suddenly gives error that your session has timed out. Does not show ur current balance.

EmiratesNBDKSA selects itself in place of Google Maps, and now we can't see the accumulated points for cash back. Please revert the changes as old version was perfect.

I am trying to ck my balance and system shows I don’t have one , I tried several times.
