How to fix South Shore app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the South Shore app on iPhone
Update South Shore app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall South Shore iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve South Shore network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the South Shore App
1. On android, goto Settings » South Shore » click [Force Stop]

Update South Shore to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear South Shore App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » South Shore » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart South Shore.

Fix South Shore unable to contact server/ South Shore internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click South Shore » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto South Shore » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
