I can not find how to change the time in the software. This software did not observe the time change to eastern standard time.

Won't link with Alexa.. Alexa won't link to cloud intelligence

Within last 24 hours, smart plugs (Model WX-WS01) stopped responding to Alexa voice commands. I was able to still control them through the Cloud Intelligence App. I attempted to bind the Cloud Intelligence App to the Alexa App again, without success. I am getting a "Request Parameter Error." I find this very frustrating.

I am trying since days to connect my Micro inverter NPE-600W to Cloud intelligence App , as described in Inverter manual - i scan QR code - it gets recognized - asks for WIFI network password - and times out when trying to add the inverter - error codes displayed are 10167+61709 - what does that mean. i am using 2.4Ghz wifi with 802.11n standard and WPA2 encryption. Inverter is working - but without adding to Cloud Intelligence App - i cannot monitor AC & DC values or control output power. Please tell me what the error codes mean - and how to fix this problem

When trying to device share with others in the home so they can control the smart plugs as well I keep getting an error: “Unable to acquire users by mobile/email address”. This is so annoying as more than just myself would like to be able to control the plugs in the house. I’ve tried to even just log them in using my email/password but I guess you can only be logged into one device because it will log the other out when one opens the app.

I have 3 smart plugs using cloud intelligence app and have them set to automatically turn on and off.Since the time change one of the plugs is turning on and off one hour too early. I have unplugged it, deleted it, and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to work to fix this one plugs scheduled times.

On my Iphone, I am trying to link my AC with CI app, but it keeps giving me error 999102 After that, I can see the device in auto-discover, but I cannot link my app to it Moreover, I tried to link the AC to another phone (Samsung A71) on same Wifi, it worked perfectly fine. I think the issue with IOS mainly.

I purchased a wifi smart plug and downloaded the Cloud Intelligence app and can control the plug just fine with the CI app. My issue is I am unable to link CI to my Google Home. A pop up says it is Linked followed by another pop up that says “Something Went Wrong. Try Again”. It appears that I have a firmware update but this also fails and acts like it is downloaded but never completes.

Trying to update the plugs, and the firmware upgrade says "unable to upgrade because the device is offline". Although they are online and the triggers are working within the same app.

I had socket working on Google home and assistant. Socket failed and replaced. Had to unbind to clear out old socket out of Google, could not bind CI back into Google home. Tried uninstall of CI and reinstall, clearing cash & data from both apps, forced stop Google assistant, still can not bind CI to Google home

Google states Cloud Intelligence is unavailable since yesterday. Tried removing and reading Cloud Intelligence to Google Home and get same message. The Cloud Intelligence app on my Android phone is working.

Google Home stopped communicating with Cloud Intelligence June 6th at 6am (EST). I have unbound my account and attempt to re-bind it, but continually get an error. Cloud Intelligence app still works, but Google integration does not.

Same issue as Frank and M. Winn. Google was connected to my plugs and was working fine. Now it is not connecting, tried unlinking and cannot relink. It says Google cannot reach Cloud Intelligence.

I cannot log in or change my password when I choose forgot password

My app won’t allow me to log on or request a new password. It spins with a white background. In order to go back to log in screen, I have to turn my phone off.
