I have a problem with Shapr

- The app is super glitchy, and users may swipe yes and come back into the app and find the same profiles to swipe again.

- The app tends to glitch to an error page "Oops, something went wrong" when users do a search.

- Often people whom users have matched with do not even know that they have matched.

- The app doesn't even 'nudge' or notify the person that they are a business match.

- 90% of what users want to do with the app is hidden behind paying for a subscription.

- Unless a person actually subscribed, they're not going to be able to respond to a user's swipe.

- Most of the users aren't going to pay the $20/month just to maybe get a match that meets their standards.

Signed up toa month and cannot swipe or see other profiles ???

To resolve Shapr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Shapr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Shapr » click [Force Stop]

Clear Shapr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shapr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shapr.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Shapr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Shapr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Shapr
