Force Stop the Samsung Smart View App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Samsung Smart View app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Samsung Smart View to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Samsung Smart View App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Samsung Smart View app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
