Crashes constantly

After the last update earlier this month the app is constantly crashing whenever you try to view the details of a ticket.

Freezes when trying to view tickets

Freezes every time I try to open ticket. IPhone 10 with OS 13-1. Barely seen red bar seems to indicate downloading but it stops at about 1/3 and totally freezes. New phone.

Still not working

Still won’t work. Says it can’t find my server via http. Have the address correct (I’ve been using Kayako for many years). Would love to use this app again. Please help.
