Missguided Reviews

I was so angry at this app for the past few days. It has been two weeks since I ordered a piece. They said it was going to be about 5 days to get here. (Which is already a lot of time) after I got an email later that night when I order saying it was dispatched I was like okay cool. I tired to track my order over and over for days and nothing came up. Missguided , the tracking page, and the email all kept telling me different things. I gave up for a few days and then came back to it and I had some progress but It still doesn’t say where it is. It is just a bunch of “past customs” things like that. I go in again today to check for anything and it says it may take up to 15 days to get to me. I get COVID is going on but this is outrageous. I would be better if I had proper updates on where my stuff is. Once this virus is over I may give it another try but as of rn, whenever I do get my order, I will delete Missguided .

My only issue is the accuracy of product stock. You look on Missguided and it may or may not show certain sizes that aren’t available until you click to check out then it shows it’s out of stock but when you go onto the official website it lets you know what they have. The size might be missing on Missguided or show more sizes available that are out of stock. Please correct this issue. Otherwise It’s good and easy to use. I would also like to know when clothes are back in stock. There should be an option to click on the size and entered your email to be informed when back in stock because nobody has time to wait around to keep looking for something that may never restock so WORD OF ADVICE IF YOU SEE SOMETHING YOU LIKE BUY IT because you may never see it again.

this app has a great selection of on trend clothes and tend to be good quality. Some improvements to Missguided would make me more inclined to shop there more. First, showing suggested items or items in the look on the same page as an item would be helpful and make shopping easier. Second, allowing customers to leave reviews and pictures of the products would help others decide what size or color they want or if the items not for them. There’s a lot of purchases I never made because I was nervous ordering something without reviews or customer photos, having those things would make me shop there all the time.

I have been shopping with them since 2018 on that time there’s no shipping fee, but this year they have $10 on standard shipping fees. My package is shipping to me to New York on the 7th it has been arrive at New Jersey usps, it hasn’t been moving for six days so I contact your customer service, what they give me is because your package is standard shipping so it will arrive to you on the 18th. And I asked them New Jersey to New York City is only one hour my package has been sitting there for six days already so I paid $10 for my package to sit there and wait until the time is ready. The customer service name Thulani stop replying me. This is the last time I shop with them I would definitely Not recommend to any of my friends

I have no problems with Missguided whatsoever. I love the company, I love the clothes, and I would love it even more if you guys would add the reviews on Missguided .
It really helps women know and compare their experiences because knowing if materials have good stretch and other things that help with buying the right size goes a long way!
Also, I hate how I can only see 9 items in my favorites when I have a lot more on my list. Even if I delete some, it MIGHT refresh and list an extra or it will just shrink the list I can see even more.

Sent me wrong items. It has happened before already, I guess they don’t care about improving their shipping services. Took several days for them to reply to me, now they are asking me to pay $8 for the shipping to get a refund. Ridiculous! Obviously the original item that I purchased is already out of stock. 2 weeks of all work (online searching, writing emails, printing labels, going to post offices, standing in lines) for absolutely nothing. Waste of time!
Never buying from them again...

I love this app’s clothes although using Missguided has just become annoying and tedious. I don’t know why, but it keeps on deleting my wishlist so have to go back and constantly re-add everything. Right now it says that I have 60 items on my wishlist although it’ll only show 48 of them. I also have an account although it won’t save my data. If I were to add things to my basket on Missguided and then log into my account on the webpage it won’t transfer any data, at all.

It’s really disappointing since I absolutely love their clothes, although all of these issues have been going on for almost a whole year now so it really makes me not want to shop from this app anymore.

I love this app and I have been shopping here with no problems. I usually use my computer or phone to look through the website but I recently got an iPad Pro and wanted to download Missguided so I can shop from it. I find that when I’m looking at the pictures of clothing, it is very blurry and I can’t really see the details of the items. This is really frustrating because I like to be able to see exactly what it is that I’m buying before I spend money on it. I have no problem viewing pictures on my iPhone app or on the this app website through my computer or iPad... Missguided is the only issue

This site used to be one of my favorites because their clothes are good quality and reasonably priced. However, I am incredibly disappointed with their customer service. I filed a complaint because I didn’t receive one of the items I purchased. Their response was they sent it out, so they can’t do anything, and that I should contact the delivery service. The problem is that all of the other items were sent in a big box, so unless that one item was sent separately, I don’t see how that’s their mistake. I raised this issue back to them and they just said “sorry we can’t help you further”. Now I’m out $25 due to their incompetence.

I have created two accounts with misguided. Every time I attempt to log in on Missguided it says “you must go to settings app and choose a secure password” I have changed and updated my password a dozen times and it still doesn’t work. I am able to log in on the web, but I won’t place my order because there is a larger discount for app users. I tried chatting misguided and got no assistance. I hope Missguided improves so I can order 🙄

I absolutely love shopping with this app. They never give me any problems. I definitely recommend doing express shipping, i got my package in 2 business days. Returning items are so simple, i got my refund in 2 days. There always up to speed with updates and emails plus have great sales! There clothes are true to size and affordable. If your looking to online shop without any hassle shop with this app, there my new favorite!

I ordered from this app two months ago. My package has still not arrived and the tracking says no longer available. What kind of website does this?? My order just completely disappeared. Whenever I try to get help from the Twitter account they send the same response over and over again and it’s of no help. I’ll be shocked if I actually get this package. Horrible service. I will never order from them again.
Update: they just emailed me saying the package was lost and asked if I would like another one sent out. I said yes since it was a birthday gift for someone. They then respond that the package is out of stock. This company is the absolute worst please don’t waste your time with them.

So i am trying to order off Missguided , i used the coupons displayed on THEIR front page, none of them would work. I messaged their facebook chat for 2 days no answer, it Says on their website that facebook chat answers in “ 1 hour”, big lie. So i go on to do a live chat with an employee, and she wants screenshots for proof, do they think i have time for all this? After, she tells me place the order then contact them again to apply the coupon. Really????? Do they really think i want to stay all day contacting them because they dont know how to function a website. Then doesn't even compensate me for my time with free shipping or anything. They just lost me as a customer.

This is crazy & unbelievably but it is true. This company does something really strange, I and many more people have this horrible problem.
I have never started to follow them but I saw them when I was checking who I was following on Instagram. So I unfollowed them and moved on, BUT in a couple of hours I saw them in my feed again!!!! I blocked them this time BUT again in an hour there was there again!! Unblocked and I’m again following them!!! How on earth is that possible???!!
I contacted them though their customer service and they was extremely rude and not helpful at all!! I just waisted my time!
This problem have been happening for just about two months now!!

I’ve been shopping with misguided since February 2020 and I have not been disappointed ONCE ! They are so true to size ! I’ve lost 30 lbs over the last 6 months and misguided has fit me through every phase ! And I love how versatile they’re selection is ! Business wear, day time casual, basic, going out wear, you name it misguided has it ! And there is almost always a sale going on ! Thanks misguided love you 💋

This is the worst fashion brand ever. They keep sending people the wrong sizes and style.

I bought two different pairs of clothing (US size 4) and what they sent is literally a size 8. I made a complaint and they said they sent the right size. I reordered again (US size 2 and 0) and this time around, one of them was an entirely different style and worst, bigger than the supposed size 4 they sent initially. For the other item, they sent literally the same size as US size 4 and US size 0.

I’m about to delete Missguided and I’m never buying from them again. I’ll also make sure to spread the word on how bad of a fashion brand this app is😡

I love this app.. I’ve been shopping here for years! One thing I would suggest is a “buy the look” options so it gives you a way to look at the other items to buy within the outfit.. it gets challenging searching for that blouse you paired with mom jeans.. having no patience lol it would Be easy for me to spend more $ if all the items were an option when you click on one product.

I’ve only had one kinda bad experience, out of the over 100 times I’ve ordered from here. The website is awesome by far my favorite. I always compare prices and quality to everything I would buy at the mall and this app has always won! I won’t shop anywhere when everything on here is so fashionable and affordable. Keep up the great work. I’m a very happy customer!

I order for the first time from this app, my first time I only received 1 item out of my whole order. Some of my items were lost, I was pretty bummed, but I contacted customer service and they were quick to make things right. They shipped the few items that were in stock and refunded me the remainder of my order and received my items within 3 days.

Ive tried for the past few weeks to place orders and app isn’t allowing me to . Its either saying my address is incorrect or it won’t save it when I try to enter mines in . I’m wanting to purchase items but not successful . I’ve even checked for updates etc and still nothing . Hopefully problem gets solved soon !! Loved it before but disliking Missguided as of now :(

The marketing for some of the clothing and accessories can be better. For example when I was looking at swimwear I would click on black triangle top but would also be interested in buying the bottom and/or the accessories displayed in the picture but would have to go back into search and search the items myself. It would be more efficient for the customer to see those items as easy options right below the item. This can also benefit your company, people are attracted to what is easy and tend to shop more if items are being promoted rightfully.

I absolutely love Misguided clothing it’s usually has great materials for the products and only problem I’d say I have is the shipping I did express twice and it came within the regular 5-7 business days Of purchasing the item rather than 2-3. But it’s a good site nevertheless.😎🙌🏾

Love the products and quality of the items. Ships out at a reasonable time. The only thing i would improve would be the filters, to make it easier for you to shop. the only filters present right now are color, and size. but they do have sort by option. but i think i think it’ll make shopping easier to break down the maximum price and minimum price and additional categories like sleeve length, or dress length.

For the most part Missguided is great, but when I delete items from my wishlist that sold out in my size, they’re still there every time I log back in. By now I have to scroll through hundreds of items when I’m ready to buy and I can’t remember which are available so it’s a waste of time. Also, if I try to add something to my cart that’s unavailable and cancel it takes me back to the top of the list. It’s really just a mess.

I shop by wishlisting all items I like and them like comparing them and deleting them as I go, but the wishlist on Missguided 1. Doesn’t reflect the wishlist on my safari even though it’s the same account and 2. Even when I liked stuff straight on Missguided , it won’t show. For example, the wishlist button says I have 11 thing on my list but none are showing up. It’s frustrating, I don’t want to have to add everything to my bag!

I love this app as a brand and Missguided itself is adorable. The only problem is I can’t seem to find my wishlist. I made a wishlist on the this app website of over 100 items, but when I log into Missguided and go to the wishlist icon on the bottom of the screen, I can’t find them, it just says it’s empty! If this could be fixed, I would change my rating to 5 stars, no doubt.

I enjoy shopping this website. Misguided is trendy and reasonably priced. They have a great selection also. PayPal would make it easier to pay. Shipping is a bit costly and slow. Hopefully, at some point they will offer unlimited express shipping at a set price per year, as they do other sites that I frequently shop at. I’ve been waiting a week and a half for my items to arrive and USPS is slow to track.

Clothes are great quality. Out of all of the items I’ve ever purchased only one item has had an issue that customer service resent the following day free of chargeS 90% of my closet consists of their clothes. I am a this app advocate. I love their clothes and their customer service.

Everything is good i just wish that the sizes were converted to standard US sizing (S,M,L,XL)once I selected my country as it can be a little confusing using 2,4,8,12, etc. It would also be better if PayPal was a payment option, just to save us the hassle and risk of typing our card information in each time.

I love your clothes so I’m trying very hard to work with your new app especially because you’re supposed to get 10% off. Missguided doesn’t even let me sign into my account. And you can’t fill your cart without logging in. I have tried to login to the current account and then made new ones to hopefully gain some hope there. Everytime I add something to my cart Missguided tells me login failed and bounces me out of my cart. I just want these one pair of heels!
