Levi's - Shop Denim & More Reviews

Very easy to buy apparel and accessories. However the only problem that I’ve experienced is trying to buy exclusive sneakers through Levis such as the New Balance collaboration. However due to BOTS developed they were able to purchase all shoes before any of us had an opportunity to purchase them through Levis . But overall I like the ease of purchase and searching styles.

Quite literally the worst shopping app from a “big name” company I’ve used in my entire life. They force you to make an account as soon as you download Levis and you can’t even browse the catalog if you don’t log in. When I finally logged in using a fake email (I’m not giving a real email so they can spam me) Levis lagged, broke down several times, and was overall a terrible experience. Any thought I had of buying anything from Levi’s is now obliterated. Would never recommend, do not even waste your time. If I could give 0/5 I would. I deleted Levis after just 5 minutes it was that bad.

On the site they push for you to download Levis . It’s worthless tho. Can’t customize shirts or pants like I wanted. Can’t check on your orders. Under the order tab it just shows a the order but you can’t click it to check. You then have to leave Levis that they pushed for only to go back to the website and check your order. Pointless

I downloaded Levis and when I go to my history for past orders all I get a is a worthless picture, date, and price of total order. I can’t even click on it to see the info for each individual item included in the total sale. Really guys? You’re pushing for Levis to be downloaded but it’s worthless if we have to exit out of it and use the website instead.

Levis needs to be updated to match the website. The website includes the full information when I click on history. It includes VITAL info such as the order number, exact Jean ordered, size, everything.

Fix this and I will update my review and star rating. Thanks!

The elevated design and east of use makes Levis a no-brained to download and use for all my Levi’s purchase. I like that I’m not bombarded by too many notifications, the content is eye-catching and interesting, and the ease of checkout with all my info securely saved makes it almost too easy to shop. Love Levis!

There isnt anything too great about Levis . I noticed that the browser website shows more deals going on than Levis . Also theres no wishlist feature which makes it annoying to constantly go back and look up something I like. Also noticed I cant write a review in app. So overall not a very accessible and might be better to stick with the the browser version.

I was originally here to complain about how’s there no Afterpay feature.

But, now I’m seeing there’s a lot of data linked to me. I don’t want my contact info shared to Levi’s or it’s partners. I never agreed to sharing any of my info.

Please stop collecting any and all info that’s on my phone. I signed up because I see there were exclusives for just being on Levis .

My location? Nope. I will only share the address that is receiving my shipment when I check out.

And why isn’t there 2-factor authentication? This is a huge security risk. We’ve seen these big box retails succumb to data risks because they didn’t think they needed the extra detail.

As a frequent shopper please listen to my plea and stop collecting my data from my phone. Update security for your customers so if an attempt is made, that there’s an extra layer preventing a fraudulent transaction or worse more info is stolen.

I been waiting for months for you to restock the 1970’s 517 otab men’s jeans in size 32. A lot of the other sizes are out so they must be good sales so logic tells me the faster you restock the more you will sale. If you discontinue this model, it would be a mistake because thousands of people have been looking for a jean like this

I’ve been using Levis for months now, and so far it’s been great but until recently Levis won’t let me even go in . It always in the beginning and won’t let me make a purchase . I’ve tried the online website but it doesn’t let me check my cart .

I took my mom in there on Saturday and the staff was so amazing to her. Angie and YaYa spent a lot of time with her. There was another guy with glasses who just listened to my mom chat. Sometimes that’s all an older person needs. Thank you for giving her that. She is so excited about her new custom Mickey jacket.

I really like Levis! It is more than just shopping; there are cleaning tips, stories about the history of the brand and creative ways to wear, style and renew your favorite this app pieces.

The only thing that is missing for me is being able to easily share products with my friends and family. When I’m shopping, I want to show others what I’m looking at get their opinions.

Levis is a little glitchy. I still had to go onto safari to check the size chart and see “more details” about the items because Levis would freeze or go blank when I clicked on those links. But it still didn’t deter me from making a purchase I guess haha

Levis is smooth and easy and you get access to deals and the filters dial down to what you’re looking for. Pictures are also scalable which is appreciated (pinch & zoom). Levis is missing a saved/wish list to purchase at a later time you could even call it the chest.

I love Levis because to me it’s better than the website and I can track all my orders! My only wish is if I could favorite certain items and later on go to my favorites section.

I love Levis and shop here often however after the last update my app doesn’t open anymore. It will just show a loading screen saying “tailoring your experience” and stays like that forever.

It’s almost impossible for me to find my sons size in jeans, he wears a 29w 30l. Levi’s is really good about having the smaller sizes in stock. Also, if you watch closely, they have some really good sales. Which is awesome because Levi jeans are great quality and last forever!!😊

I like the layout of Levis and how everything works and it functions well, but there is no option to pay with a gift card, which forces me to go through the website, defeating the point of Levis .

The fact that you don’t have a wish list system is astounding. Also, I still can’t view my orders. All I get is one picture of one of the things in that order and when it was placed. That needs a massive overhaul. The whole app is pretty plain and basic. I’d like to use it more, but the website is SO much easier. WISH LIST and ORDERS. Fix those and you might have something here

Levis is ok, it tends to glitch out and i lose the item i was recently browsing. i also HATE the fact there is so wishlist option…. i don’t want to have to put everything in my cart just to have to delete them come time i want to buy something. don’t even get me started on trying to refind it again.

So easy to use, and, man, have they provided some excellent deals to app users! If you love the high-quality Levi’s brand and are looking for excellent purchase opportunities on them, I highly recommend Levis.

Levi’s has been my favorite denim brand. Finally I can buy exactly what I want with ease. App looks good so far. Already placed my first order!

I used Levis to order a Levi’s sweater. It worked perfectly and the product arrived quickly. Also, love my sweater!!

The navigation is so smooth and everything looks amazing. The devs deserve pay raises for sure.

But legit everything in my size is sold out, literally every pair of jeans Levis, every type. I think I’ll stick to spending the extra $30 on wrangler if it means they have my size.

I found the pair of jeans I want, but they are out of stock for my size. Why isn’t there a way to notify me when the item is back in stock???

A long awaited Levi’s official app! This looks neat and cool. Love the ease of navigation and ordering experience.
