I want to return some items that is to bugs I started a few weeks ago but I got sick all I had left was To pay for the posted but I can't find the my order

Ridiculous $10 shipping fee for this kind of service i’d rather shop somewhere else

I have been shopping with them since 2018 on that time there’s no shipping fee, but this year they have $10 on standard shipping fees. My package is shipping to me to New York on the 7th it has been arrive at New Jersey usps, it hasn’t been moving for six days so I contact your customer service, what they give me is because your package is standard shipping so it will arrive to you on the 18th. And I asked them New Jersey to New York City is only one hour my package has been sitting there for six days already so I paid $10 for my package to sit there and wait until the time is ready. The customer service name Thulani stop replying me. This is the last time I shop with them I would definitely Not recommend to any of my friends

Horrible service

I ordered from Missguided two months ago. My package has still not arrived and the tracking says no longer available. What kind of website does this?? My order just completely disappeared. Whenever I try to get help from the Twitter account they send the same response over and over again and it’s of no help. I’ll be shocked if I actually get this package. Horrible service. I will never order from them again. Update: they just emailed me saying the package was lost and asked if I would like another one sent out. I said yes since it was a birthday gift for someone. They then respond that the package is out of stock. This company is the absolute worst please don’t waste your time with them.

Horrible customer service

So i am trying to order off the app, i used the coupons displayed on THEIR front page, none of them would work. I messaged their facebook chat for 2 days no answer, it Says on their website that facebook chat answers in “ 1 hour”, big lie. So i go on to do a live chat with an employee, and she wants screenshots for proof, do they think i have time for all this? After, she tells me place the order then contact them again to apply the coupon. Really????? Do they really think i want to stay all day contacting them because they dont know how to function a website. Then doesn't even compensate me for my time with free shipping or anything. They just lost me as a customer.
