I have a problem with Missguided

- Can only see 9 items in favorites list

- Sent wrong items

- Unable to log in on the app

- Shipping fees have increased

- Package has not arrived and tracking says no longer available

To resolve Missguided network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Missguided App
1. On android, goto Settings » Missguided » click [Force Stop]

Clear Missguided App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Missguided » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Missguided.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Missguided » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Missguided » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Missguided
