I'm in Canada but I travel a lot to the US and always try to find a Potbelly Sandwich store. I also have a gift card from an American friend. I've tried to download the app on my phone several times but get the 403 Forbidden message. When I change countries (to the US) using a VPN, I still get the 403 message. I joined the Potbelly points club but can't get credit for my purchases unless I use the app, which will not load. Is this a scheme to avoid having to pay out free sandwich rewards earned by using the app? Love the restaurant, hate their technology.

I cannot access the website nor use any links to access (provided in your Potbelly Perks emails). I get a 403 Forbidden screen. If I download the app, there is no way to save the payment info I enter so no way to pay in the app. Boss likes his salad and cookie from PB every day. PLEASE HELP! 9/27/23

3 times, I scanned the app at a store and no points were credited. I also had an issue with an online BOGO order, and now did not have a free sandwich added to my perks in purchasing one between May 16 and 30 as an email stated. I would like the sandwich credited, please.
