I’ve heard others with a similar problem: I’m trying to take a profile picture and it asks me to turn my head to the left. Then it says to look straight. Then it continually tells me to turn my head to the left over and over. I have no idea what to do. Please advise!

I have a shift today at 4pm. I am receiving job alerts,but I can’t get into my account. It keeps giving me a network error. I did trouble shoot the settings still nothing.

The camera doesn’t work, it keeps asking me to turn to the left and after I do it it asks me to do it again. Also it won’t let me upload any photo I have.

Instawork app will not take my profile picture. Asks me to face straight-on, turn face to left, turn face to right...but then never takes the picture. Neither is there an option to upload a photo from your phone's gallery, so there is no workaround for the app camera bug.

90% of the time the messaging inside the app doesn't work. So good luck if you ever need ahold of any coworkers. It's unnerving.
