Show more lled my self after delivery time has passed to ask about the order. I was told the type of my order that I had paid for is not available and cannot be delivered. After several calls and long waiting on a phone, they offered me cheaper replacement and not to be delivered at the same time with out compensation for their mistake. I have no choice but either accept cheaper offer or refund, and when I ask for refund I felt this is what they were pushing me for!!!!
Totally unreliable for special occasion

Used to be good and reliable when they first started, like most good things I guess it must come to an end. It is not professional nor acceptable to inform your customer that my order and gift was delivered after the due date and they didn’t give a reason , even though my order was placed 8 hours earlier.

I have a special occasion (my 12th wedding anniversary) and i ordered two days before a delivery to surprise my wife and select the delivery time 1-6PM the. What a horrible experience with this extremely unprofessional company, they not only delivered the flowers late, the flowers were half dead. And this is a $200 Flowers package. I used yo be regular costumer but they began sending false promotions!!
They sent a promotion to my number and added 100 sr as gift voucher. But when I wanted to use it, it showed that there is 0sr in my wallet!

So I decided to buy from another application!!

They have beautiful merchandise but be aware your items will never arrive on time. Almost every-time I have made an order with them, the items have not even been prepared by the deadline for delivery! It is very annoying how many times they request the location. Sender provides the location. Then again an automated whatsapp message from floward kuwait ask the receiver to update the location. Then the local driver asks for the location! Come on!!

Floward is my go to App for ordering flowers when I want some for my home or as a gift. I would suggest photographing the flowers in someone’s hands so we get a better idea of how big or small the flowers are going to be.

The application was so easy to use and very cleverly designed, prices are very reasonable.
fingers crossed that the delivery time and product are as good as the selection method.

In the our busy daily life, we need like this solutions to make the day of our loved ones.
