Non professional customer service and you cannot count on delivering your order correct and on Time or even to be delivered at all..
They ruined all the moments and happy occasion . First of all they did not deliver my order at the chosen time slot and they did not even bother to call until I called my self after delivery time has passed to ask about the order. I was told the type of my order that I had paid for is not available and cannot be delivered. After several calls and long waiting on a phone, they offered me cheaper replacement and not to be delivered at the same time with out compensation for their mistake. I have no choice but either accept cheaper offer or refund, and when I ask for refund I felt this is what they were pushing me for!!!!
Totally unreliable for special occasion

FlowardOnlineFlowersGifts is great. It is simple & easy to use. Selection of flowers alone or flowers with gift is big & suits different taste in flowers types. Quick delivery service. What you order is what will be delivered. Nothing less than the best. I love it.

Very nice collection but FlowardOnlineFlowersGifts is very bad is an item not available you should go back to remove it from your card and once go start again all the informations you entered will disappear and this is big problem and make the customer feel boring and cancel all the order, the cakes always not available for delivery in same date so it should be linked in FlowardOnlineFlowersGifts that once you select the item and the date and time a msg should appear to inform the customer for non available items

They have beautiful merchandise but be aware your items will never arrive on time. Almost every-time I have made an order with them, the items have not even been prepared by the deadline for delivery! If you call customer service, they only know how to say repeated phrases like “It will be delivered as soon as possible”. Whatsapp customer service takes 40 minutes to respond to each question

They do not value or respect customer’s time

I ordered flowers and I asked to delivered in the morning time, Unfortunately, no deliver has been done as per my request and the time has been changed without my permission. Till now, the
Deliver person has my flower for 3 hrs and it is almost midnight…I don't think they will refund my money to my Credit Card, because such bad service provider will keep as hold in my account to force me to use it for their bad service .
It is a nightmare experience

I ordered first time flower with Godiva chocolate, they didn’t deliver same day and they didn’t even inform that they aren’t/ can’t deliver because of unavailability of Godiva chocolate. Second day by chance I called them and found out what’s going on. The second day I ordered regular flowers and they didn’t deliver blaming supplier who didn’t supply them with fresh flower, my simple question (why do you have these flowers listed then)… I can not trust FlowardOnlineFlowersGifts, BIG SCAM…… app deleted

Always ordering from you guys. Love love your service. Only have one comment, please have a smaller cheaper bouquets because sometimes the occasion is “just because” and we want to send a cute little bouquet.

Floward is my go to App for ordering flowers when I want some for my home or as a gift. I would suggest photographing the flowers in someone’s hands so we get a better idea of how big or small the flowers are going to be.

Used to be good and reliable when they first started, like most good things I guess it must come to an end. The last 3 orders arrived to their recipients over 24 hours late, and at this rate I guess good planning on your behalf is in order if you’re considering ordering from them at any stage. I’m contemplating ordering some flowers now for my son who’s graduating next year, do you think it’s too early?

Simply wonderful. Just what you need for quick occasions that puts you on the spot. Practical and interactive.
The only thing they should work on is the writing on the card, they always seem to mess it up.

It is very annoying how many times they request the location. Sender provides the location. Then again an automated whatsapp message from floward kuwait ask the receiver to update the location. Then the local driver asks for the location! Come on!!

One problem, the payment page didn’t work on my computer, I had to go & do it on my mobile. The page was frozen.

Great collection, variety of options, customer care and promptness.

I love their subscriptions... we bring weekly flowers to the offices... just brightens up everyone’s mood and spark creativity 🌼

What a horrible experience with this extremely unprofessional company, they not only delivered the flowers late, the flowers were half dead. And this is a $200 Flowers package. When I contacted them on WhatsApp they responded to my message after 5hrs saying “sorry we promise next time we’ll do better” ???? Is this a joke? look at your reviews here you guys clearly haven't learnt a single thing from all the complaints. Such unethical business shouldn't exist.

Floward saved my dads birthday amazing service and it came on time the thing I ordered looked nothing like I ordered but way better it was rlly big when i saw it honestly Floward surprised me this is prob gonna be the only app i’d use for birthdays before i thought abt floward i got smth from a store lets say it was bad floward is amazing it went great with the cake and everything one FlowardOnlineFlowersGifts is the best app ever thank you floward

I have a special occasion (my 12th wedding anniversary) and i ordered two days before a delivery to surprise my wife and select the delivery time 1-6PM the. After several phone calls and a lot of false promises we receive the order 10:45, the roses were old and in a very bad condition and the sweets were hot because the driver keep rounding in the car for several hours… I don’t recommend ordering through them at all…

In the our busy daily life, we need like this solutions to make the day of our loved ones.

The gift was supposed to reach in a specific timining until the next day the gift isn’t recieved and the money is wasted on nothing on top of calling the customer service they have sent to me and the recipient a message that the item has been delivered.. to whom? God knows because neither who placed the order nor who was supposed to get it received the item 😄 I would definitely NEVER recommend this spam to anyone ! Be careful before trusting such horrible companies, money theft.

It is not professional nor acceptable to inform your customer that my order and gift was delivered after the due date and they didn’t give a reason , even though my order was placed 8 hours earlier.
Nevertheless, they did not even propose an alternative or compensated me for the inconvenience and for putting me in this situation.
