How to fix Beckett app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Beckett app on iPhone
Update Beckett app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Beckett iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Beckett on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Beckett network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Beckett Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Beckett not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Beckett App
1. On android, goto Settings » Beckett » click [Force Stop]

Update Beckett to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Beckett App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Beckett » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Beckett.

Fix Beckett unable to contact server/ Beckett internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Beckett » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Beckett » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
