The mobile app used to run fine but suddenly is is crashing every time I try to run it. I am using it on Android with a Samsung S23+. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it at least twice. Nothing seems to help. It runs on my wife's iPhone. Software is One UI Version 6.1, Android Version 14, Thanks, Joe

I'm not able to login to the arbiter mobile app, using my email and password. I'm able to access the web page using them. Tried multiple times. Even tried removing the app and installing it again to no success

This has been working just fine for years. I can't sign in now. Earlier I signed in but site did not respond. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Can't sign in at all. Please help.

Hello I'm having problems logging in to Arbiter app , saying password is incorrect.
Common dislikes about Arbiter app
- Login process needs improvement, including TouchID and saved passwords
- App can be glitchy and freeze up
- App is not as user-friendly or efficient as other apps
- App lacks functionality for signing up for tournaments and events
- App lacks a section for seeing who your partners are and contacting them directly
- App can be frustrating and inconvenient, especially with regards to notifications and accepting games
- App has poor customer service and has caused double-charging issues for some users.
