- App crashes after updating iPad to version 12.1.4

- No option to hide/show selected components within the app

- Cannot view Outliner list in the app

- Lighting and shadow effects are removed when models are imported from PC to mobile

To resolve SketchUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SketchUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » SketchUp » click [Force Stop]

Clear SketchUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SketchUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SketchUp.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SketchUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SketchUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SketchUp
