How to fix Redbooth app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Redbooth app on iPhone
Update Redbooth app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Redbooth iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Redbooth on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Redbooth network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Redbooth Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Redbooth not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Redbooth App
1. On android, goto Settings » Redbooth » click [Force Stop]

Update Redbooth to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Redbooth App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Redbooth » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Redbooth.

Fix Redbooth unable to contact server/ Redbooth internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Redbooth » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Redbooth » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Redbooth
