Club CITGO - Gas Rewards Reviews

ClubCITGO is wonderful for counting and knowing how many times you visited a particular Citgo. It’s awesome for giving deals on gasoline, however the coupons for gasoline should come at all times during the month. If you are a Citgo Customer who shops at Citgo 5-7 days a week, the other rewards are not relevant. I don’t drink coffee, and the soda fountain machine belongs to Subway and therefore all those coupons need to be deleted because they are not of any use to me.
If you could use those coupons on a 20 oz. bottled drink, that would work as well.
I’m shocked I haven’t won gasoline for a year as many times as I visit the store. But I haven’t. I can only “log in “ every 2 hours and I’m there much more than I can log in.

When I first downloaded ClubCITGO , it advertised that you could save up to $9 a month. There were clear check in targets that you had to meet to earn certain rewards. That changed. Gas rewards are now more about being at the store on the right day, rather than something you can earn and redeem on your own schedule. Product coupons are always the same, and not that great. The good news for my local CITGO is that I will still shop there. I just won’t be checking in on ClubCITGO as frequently.

I used to love ClubCITGO when I first downloaded it, and gave me rewards all the time I’m checking in. Now it’s been at least cold for a year now and I still got no reward for checking in and I check in by about 75 times a month. And then for the check in tracker it’s supposed to be a reward at 500 check in and there is no way that a person can get 500 check in in one month, they are absolutely bonkers and they think that they can. Overall just very disappointed that the rewards are there no more

Works good but make sure the station you are at takes this before trying to use. Just lost the two dollar July coupon when Citgo in Fuquay-Varina, NC did not know what ClubCITGO was. When home I never have problems, only when traveling to other states.

CoFair is already one of our grocery stops because you have the best deals on several things. Now my wife and I get bonus savings with check-ins on ClubCITGO . Thanks!

Hard to get to manage my card account on ClubCITGO will not load that information to check balance and pay my bill

No where does it tell you that if you don't use the reward at the very check in you hit the required points you loose it and you have to reach the next level reward. Even more frustrating is that if even though you can check into you favorite CITGO it doesn't mean they are participating. All ClubCITGO is is a waste of time

Love ClubCITGO ! However, I think it would be great to add gas prices for every country fair on the
‘near you’ list. That way I don’t have to use gas buddy to find the cheapest Co-fair around.

It works well, colorful and has maps and directions to the stations. All good

The only thing that i would like to see change a little , would be the deals they are alway’s the same one’s! Other than that i love ClubCITGO !

Great App has a lot of great saving on it! Very easy to use I use mine every day has saved me quite a bit actually good daily deals.

Pretty simple and easy. I like the coupons are stored on my phone

I cannot upgrade the version of the Citgo app. It keeps going around and around when I open ClubCITGO store and open the club CITGO It keeps telling me to upgrade the CITGO app new version, But won’t upgrade. So I missing chickens and all my deals that I had currently.

While trying to register, I keep getting an error pop-up “birthday must not be empty”, despite having filled in that field. I tried tapping on various places before tapping “join”: same error no matter what. FWIW, the Circle K app has the exact same problem.

I Tried to use my first reward( 1$ off 5 gallons or more coupons) and the location i choose to Redeem at denied eligibility which resulted in a waste of time and coupon. App is w waste of time like set up a scheme to get customers by telling them they offering deals.

I never get more than a 5 cent discount even on the days where the deals are larger than 5 cents. There is no point of me signing up if it doesn’t even work and help save money on gas

What good is your Citgo App when it can’t be utilized to pay on my Citgo Gas Card . I can’t go on ClubCITGO to see my balances, pay my bill or see my purchases ... The Citgo App is actually useless . I have to go online to instead going through ClubCITGO to handle my any business concerning my CityGas Card ... it’s Ridiculous .

Question: What happens if someone successfully checks in all 500 times (at participating locations) within the one month time frame?

ClubCITGO has not been helpful. Once I earn a reward their is no barcode for the cashier to scan. Although signs are at every pump to sign up in Westfield, MA. No one knows how to utilize ClubCITGO . I’ve tried for over 6 months now and have never been able to use any of the rewards.

Why do other gasoline apps let you use your app to pay at the pump and purchase items in store. If CITGO has that feature i sure can’t find it. To me app is worthless since i still have to carry my card.

My check ins used to work and would apply to gas discounts. Now they’ve downgraded their number of participating locations and the check in counts still don’t work at the participating ones.

Be smart and get the Shell Fuel Rewards app instead.

I did what it said to register. The system won’t allow me to log in. I complied with forgot password and the system says it it sent it to email. But when I look in my email there is nothing there and I have done this numerous times.

I love the fact on saving on my gas. And a chance to win a Jeep all in.

I’m sure ClubCITGO is great but any time I try to sign up and enter in my birthday, ClubCITGO crashes. Deleted and redone loaded multiple times and restarted my phone... still crashes

ClubCITGO is constantly buggy and requires more maintenance than any other app I have...certainly not worth the dollar a month it saves me...deleting it for the third and final time.
