When I use Airplay to play a session on my Vizio TV, the session will stop playing every minute or so and defaults to the music player, which I’m not even using. I have to manually start the session over and jump forward to where it last cut out. Also sometimes won’t play at all after connecting to Airplay; session indicates it is in play but screen is frozen.

How to fix Lotus Flow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lotus Flow app on iPhone
Update Lotus Flow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lotus Flow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lotus Flow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lotus Flow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lotus Flow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lotus Flow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lotus Flow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lotus Flow » click [Force Stop]

Update Lotus Flow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lotus Flow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lotus Flow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lotus Flow.

Fix Lotus Flow unable to contact server/ Lotus Flow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lotus Flow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lotus Flow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lotus Flow
