I have tried every suggested solution to connect to your App but none works: it persists in asserting that I am not connected to the internet, which is untrue. I have tried in three different locations, all connected to the internet, without success. What do you advise?

Bluetooth works the first couple times, then stops working entirely. I switched devices hoping that would fix it and again it worked a couple times and then stopped. I guess I’ll manually input the data from my body composition into excel, but that is way more work than what I wanted when I paid extra for the scale with the app.

The only reason I give 1 star is because it records my data from the scales and shared it with Apple data. I can only view the most recent data on the Home Screen. It has been like that for about a year now.

I’m 6’.5” (rounded up AND down on scale/app input). Checked my profile on app & it knocked me down to 5’. Re-input to 6’. Exited profile & upon return back to 5’. Keeps occurring each time adjustment attempted.
