2 months agoI have tried every suggested solution to connect to your App but none works: it persists in asserting that I am not connected to the internet, which is untrue. I have tried in three different locations, all connected to the internet, without success. What do you advise?

2 years agoHAVE THE BS 444 CONNECT SCALE HAVING ISSUES WITH APP IS NOT RECONIZING THE SCALE IS THERE ANOTHER APP

Bluetooth doesn’t work
Bluetooth works the first couple times, then stops working entirely. I switched devices hoping that would fix it and again it worked a couple times and then stopped. I guess I’ll manually input the data from my body composition into excel, but that is way more work than what I wanted when I paid extra for the scale with the app.

Never updates measurements
The only reason I give 1 star is because it records my data from the scales and shared it with Apple data. I can only view the most recent data on the Home Screen. It has been like that for about a year now.

Doesn’t properly store my height
I’m 6’.5” (rounded up AND down on scale/app input). Checked my profile on app & it knocked me down to 5’. Re-input to 6’. Exited profile & upon return back to 5’. Keeps occurring each time adjustment attempted.
