Yesterday, the app took a long time to load the "balloon" screen. After that, it could not load the calendar/workout page. Today it did the same thing. Any of the other tabs at the bottom do not load either. ¿Is this specific to me, my iPhone or in general? I miss my challenges. Cheers, Graham

I have not been able to access the Curio Wheel for weeks now. It also seems like a lot of new content is not coming in. I hope you’re going through some large transition that will wrap up soon. I can’t access any of my saved content

How to fix Curious app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Curious app on iPhone
Update Curious app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Curious iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Curious on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Curious network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Curious Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Curious not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Curious App
1. On android, goto Settings » Curious » click [Force Stop]

Update Curious to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Curious App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Curious » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Curious.

Fix Curious unable to contact server/ Curious internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Curious » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Curious » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Curious
