Hello, I have a holiday booking on Mon to Barcelona but cannot access my booking either in the app or my laptop or on my iPhone. I booked using my sons PC but my information just doesn’t work on any other device. I’ve made two phone calls and neither time has anyone been able to help. So frustrating! We fly from Manchester 04/09/2023. Booking ref. 4919600. Please can someone advise what to do to correct this issue. Many thanks, Kathrine O’Brien

Why doesn’t my EasyJet passwords on iPad and mobile allow me to use the same ine
My EasyJet app still shows a cancelled flight and not my recently booked flights. There’s no update button Also I’m trying to change my main email o my account from Alison.field@redacted but it doesn’t let me do this for some reason - it says emails don’t match. Well obviously because it says put your email and then your new email which is what did. So i don’t get why it won’t change. Perhaps you change it to alisonfield@redacted. Thanks

I've been trying to Check in for 2 weeks but comes up with Error. I'm flying in 12 days
I pick flights and dates but can't scroll up to add the passengers, I have downloaded it several times with the same result
App not working correctly- password reset but message account blocked still appears. What am I supposed to do

When booking after imput of airports and dates no flight details appear

Checkin saying error with APIS data. But out data us correct .
My wife and i have been unable to use app for months. We've lost our login details. We've sent them our email addresses and asked them to let us reset our passwords on numerous occasions to no avail. It's all a bit odd as we're flying with them in 2 weeks.
