Brand new Honda CRV 2024 and the Honda link app won’t work. Done all the steps. My toyota never gave me this trouble.
I have had HondaLink for over a year on my 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring. Everything in the Hondalink works except the remote start. The remote start from my key fob works. The lock and unlock from the Hondalink app works, but not the remote start from the Hondalink. I have reloaded everything, reset my car to factory settings, reconnected, taken it to 2 different dealerships and called Hondalink, but noone can solve the problem. The message I get is "A system error occurred. Please try again at a later time and if the problem persists, see your dealer." Can anyone help?
Just bought a Honda Accord 2022 5 weeks ago. HondaLink app was working fine. Now all it says is Bluetooth needs to be set up. I’ve unlinked Bluetooth, deleted HondaLink and reinstalled and reconnected the Bluetooth but the app still says I need to pair Bluetooth even though in Bluetooth settings it’s connected to HondaLink. ??????
With last IOS update, my Honda link app no longer connects to my iPhone for the mileage, gas, oil change info. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled etc. several times. I called Honda and they indicated they’ve received other calls about it. What’s the point of the app if it no longer works.
HondaLink stopped connecting with my iPhone 11 within past few days. Have tried multiple times to connect my car and phone. Phone indicates is connected in settings but car screen stated is no connection. Have resyarted phone and tried to connect several times.
Updated security and remote subscriptions paid in full and app does not update to access these. Have reinstalled, reconnected Bluetooth in car, etc. disappointing to pay $189 for absolutely no services showing except trip details, mileage and gas. Even prompts me to try and add the subscriptions again although they are already paid and active. I don’t need an expensive “subscription” to just see my mileage.
As of yesterday (9/27), app will not load ("A new version of HondaLink is available and is required to continue..."). There is no new version on the Google Play store, and after uninstalling, rebooting, downloading, and reinstalling the app, the same message appears when attempting to load. Please fix this. HondaLink doesn't connect. It was connected and displays old data but know fail to connect. The only purpose for this app to to review oil usage percent. A maintenance reminder came on. How do I see maintenance issue with out this app?
Honda link trip history never displays on iPhone app.
Honda link stopped connecting to my phone. Cannot update info from 2 months ago. Tried reinstalling app and no luck. Bad app.
My Hondalink has been acting funny lately on the 9th of July 2022 I drove 19.88 miles when I got home it said I had 81 hard braking and 77 hard accelerations in 1:04 hour of driving , today I tried my remote starting would not connect tried all my remote setting none worked but it did show my 2 trips today and miles on car and fuel level were correct

App says, "Data unavailable." Why is that?
Your HondaLink app is full of bugs and it rarely receives any updates. The remote controls doesn’t work most of the time and you have to close and reopen the app several times to get it work. I called and also submitted tickets but none of your technicians were able to fix the issues. It would be nice to know if Honda is going to do something about it?
HondaLink app doesn’t work. It is trying to load for past 30 minutes. I closed and reopened several times but didn’t solve the problem. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the same problem. I have a 2018 Clarity HPI and also 2021 Passport. The app doesn’t load to choose either car.
Tried starting my car , keep saying remote start failed .
My Honda Link Apps fails to work. I have called for help, at this time no one from Honda Link has been able to help.
