The app is continuously crashing when monitoring overnight on iPhone 11 and our iPad. The Owletv app we keep up to date. On the latest iOS and the app is always abruptly closing. For the price this product is very disappointing.

Owlet app continuously crashing within 10 second after open. The issue seems to be related only to iOS devices. It has to be fix ASAP, is irritating not being able to see my kids while sleeping and be sure are safe

My app crashes every time it’s in use which is nerve wracking when I am asleep and go to look at the phone to check on baby and the app is not up. I have the setting under background noise and quality turned to auto.

How to fix Owlet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Owlet app on iPhone
Update Owlet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Owlet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Owlet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Owlet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Owlet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Owlet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Owlet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Owlet » click [Force Stop]

Update Owlet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Owlet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Owlet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Owlet.

Fix Owlet unable to contact server/ Owlet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Owlet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Owlet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
