Posted 3 months ago. I can’t use my account because I don’t use that email anymore. I can’t change it, because the verification number goes to my old email account. I have same issue as mentioned above. I need to update my email address. I have chatted with your virtual agent last night and still no follow up emails from you. You can delete the old account and I will create a new one. Just let me know today. Thank You Mike

I just purchased less than three months ago the gizmo watch. It stopped working about a week ago, tried the alcohol and Q-tips on the contact points.
Got my Verizon smartphone. I've tried to download gizmo hub in kenya, it's not working . This needs to be updated kindly.
Gizmo cannot make or receive call. When we power on and off, gizmo freezes with the QR scan to call the number. Additionally, Gizmo hub says that the gizmo does not have battery. The gizmo is fully charged.
Gizmo is showing incorrect tracking information. Consistently showing at the same wrong location even when he is home
