Halmark Freezes

Keeps saying that the app is out of data and needs to be updated. But then there is no prompt or way to update it because it won’t even let me into the app on the tv. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, and I also reset my tv to see if that might help. The problem is in this app. Very frustrating considering I’m still having to pay for it!

same problem that Bob Peirce posted 2 months ago. i have over 7 firesticks between rooms and my rv. this gets very tiresome. app starts. see headers go by see frames. selecting a frame gets nothing. cant even select logoff. i unload and reload and reset the login. it works. till the next time. This has been a thing fore some time. is it even being looked at by anyone or is this what we have to live with. I will say the one roko tv i have lets ne logoff and then login and it works but don't have to unload but still forced to logoff and login. any info would be nice?

My hallmark tv app works on my iPad and iPhone but I get a blank screen, just says watch live on my Apple TV.

hallmark movies and mysteries channel keeps pausing I have tried pausing the channel, backing up, restarting and no help. all other channels work

Hallmark TV does not start up correctly on my firesticks. I deleted and re-installed it on one and it worked. I then tried the other fire stick and it didn't. The app opens and lists program headings but there is nothing to select. Re-installing works but it is a real pain to have to do that every time you want to watch something.

My Hallmark app quit working on my iPhone. I have download it numerous times and it still won’t open. When I tap to open the app it flashes and disappears. Please help I’ve been paying for my monthly subscription and can’t use it. A lot of Hallmark movies and went to watch them

Keep getting message "unable to play" when using Hallmark live TV app. I have reinstalled and it worked yesterday but quit last night. Please help

Get Unable to Play message after watching a couple of episodes in a series. Not sure how to reset it or how to solve it so I do not get the problem. I have this on more than one cable provider so I do not believe it is the internet, although Hallmark Movies now is incredibly slow to get where I want to go.

The “Live TV” option of the “Hallmark app” stopped working on my iPhone using my cable provider account. I get an “Oops error” now. I can watch all the other content on the app fine, but just not “Live TV” content. Everything worked fine, including “Live TV”, until recently. I even tried to watch “Live TV” using a browser and when I go to watch “Live TV”, I get a “blank screen”. I think a new version of the “Hallmark TV” app came out recently and that’s when the problem started with “Live TV” on my iPhone. I even deleted and reinstalled the “Hallmark TV” app on my iPhone and I am getting the same results. What gives?

For several months now my hallmark app won’t come in. I tried taking the app off and reinstalling. What else can I do?

Streaming, Can't restart movie from the beginning! Not on HP laptop or Apple phone. Very frustrating.

My Hallmark app stopped casting to my TV. Other Apps will cast and Hallmark used to, but now I just get an error message.

My cable provider is Highland media. The Hallmark channel went black and has no audio. I called my provider and they did not know what is wrong. Hallmark drama, and movies and mysteries are working fine. Only having trouble with Hallmark channel.

While viewing the Hallmark channel movies there is a black spot shadow middle toward bottom of screen. It is happening here at work and at home. It may be the machine you are using to project movies!!

I have a spectrum cable TV box and every time I record a Hallmark movie or try to watch it directly the picture pixelates and can’t see the picture or listen.

The message keeps coming up oops we’re sorry please try again what is the matter with my hallmark app or my friendly app

I can watch live tv on the Hallmark TV app that's on my kindle but not anything else. I've tried logging out and logging back in and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing seems to work except the live tv portions of the app.

I have DISH at my home. I try to watch Hallmark TV on my Roku as we often have outages with DISH. I cannot get past the log in screen. When I attempt to log in, there is a white screen and nothing else comes up.

It comes up ok , i start to watch a movie and after a short time . It goes back to the Hallmark icon .

Hallmark Movies Now either want load and keeps buffering or it freezes in the middle of a movie. I have tried logging out and logging back in. "Sometimes" that works. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled and that may or may not work. We pay for the app but are not getting the service that we would like.

After logging in, nothing plays,no matter what you try. The picture stays black and keeps buffering. The internet works fine as all other apps work fine! Both on my Sony Bravia and the Formuler Z 10 max pro it does not work.

I keep getting an error message that the app is not working and too dismiss! Very frustrating!!!
