App will not open, just buffers
App on my Vizio keeps crashing and freezing. Reset my TV, but still freezes and buffers lately wirh every movie I watch. Wasn't like this past few months but past week every time I watch Hallmark app, I can't get thru a movie anymore without it freezing, crashing, buffering etc. What is going on with the app all of a sudden? I have a Vizio and yes I restarted my TV, unplugged etc. Didn't help. Please please help.

I watch a tv show and it’ll randomly kick me out and it does often and I need help fixing it. If I’m gonna pay for it I want to be able to watch it
Hallmark Movies Now is possibly the worst app I have ever installed on both my Roku and Amazon Firestick. It simply doesn't work. On the Firestick it freezes at the purple screen so that I cannot proceed. On the Roku it does not allow me to access my Watch List. After numerous attempts at uninstalling and re-installing and a failed attempt to reach customer support (one of the worst customer support centers I've ever dealt with), I've permanently uninstalled it and cancelled my subscription. Obviously Hallmark does not care so why should I?
My Movies Now app runs on appletv. It crashes unexpectedly, and I have to reboot the appletv. I have deleted and reloaded the app. Problem still occurs. What now? Note - this problem does not occur on the other Hallmark apps we use...
The app keeps closing down, sometimes even making my roku restart. My internet is fine, i have other apps on the roku not a lot maybe 15 and the hallmark app is the only one that does this.
I’m logged in but it says that I’m not subscribed and won’t let me choose subscription options. (Even though I’m already subscribed) I also can’t update my payment method to try and add a new subscription. I’ve tried adding a subscription on my tv and on my phone but nothing is working. Please fix!
My Hallmark app on my Samsung Smart TV keeps buffering every few minutes which makes it almost impossible to watch. It’s not my internet connection because I can stream just about anything else. I wish Hallmark would do a make over of their app to be more user friendly similar to Netflix.

I got rid of my Hallmark Now subscription months ago because it never worked correctly. I recently signed back up hoping it would be better. It isn't. The movies constantly buffer, or when they do play, they are very blurry. I have the fastest internet speed, and many other streaming services that all work perfectly. Only this app gives me problems.
When watching Hallmark movies from the Hallmark channel through the Philo app and through Roku, almost every Hallmark movie we watch jumps,skips, stops and starts or occasionally freezes whereas this never happens on anything else we watch. Any ideas why?

Everything is locked on the app. Cannot watch my programs even though I have hallmark and hallmark movies and mysteries on AT&T U-verse. All programs/movies are locked.

The app opens fine on my Fire TV, but when I go to the Movies screen and click the down button to go to the different categories, it goes to all the way to the bottom. Then if I click up, it goes all the way to the top. I can't get anything in the middle. I've already reinstalled the app. My cursor continues to jump from the top to the bottom.
When I select the app it does not open. This happened yesterday and today. I rebooted my device as well as deleted and reloaded the app.
I've downloaded, deleted and re-downloaded the app on my firestick multiple times, but every time I get the message "Hallmark Movies Now cannot connect to the internet. Repeatedly says "Unable to play ... Contact Hallmark Movies Now Customer Care" Not for the first time I have (1). Powered Roku on and off three times. This worked in the past. (2). Logged in and out twice. (3) Deleted and reloaded App. Still "Unable to play..." For another half-an-hour before it spontaneously started working
The channel starts the show and then kicks me out and goes to the roku choice board. This keeps happening over and over and it doesn’t matter what tv I watch it on what should I do to solve the problem? I love the shows!
After selecting a movie, I get the Unable to play message on my Samsung Smart TV. I have received this message before and I would close the app and log back on and the movie would play. I have deleted and re installed the app and still get the same Unable to play message.

Fixed "Unable to play" error on five titles and three log-ins. Using Roku. Worked last night. Solved by deleting and replacing app.
