The app didn’t send me a verification code until 4 days after and it didn’t even work. Had the same issue with other phones and I’m not able to access my carnival tickets.

First the app charged my purchase then refunded me. I then created a new account the app charged my card but now shows that I have 0 tickets when I purchased and was charged for 200.
