I see the announcement of a Christmas movie on Hallmark movies and mysteries during commercials but when I go to the day and time it just says "movie" no title. It is just on Hallmark movies and mysteries not regular Hallmark. I even tried go to the search feature and nothing would come up.

I got a new phone and I keep getting an error message when I try to open the app from new phone. I get a big red x saying try again. Yes, I opened the email link and still am getting the red X. I have had this app for years. How do I get all my saved info to my new phone? Help please
