Really frustrating

I am leaving a bad review because I have no other way to contact you about the problem I am having. I was attracted to your store because it offered “no shipping on orders over $25”, so I had created an order for $48 and change. When I went to pay for it, it went up to over $60 because there was a $15 shipping charge, it didn’t come off no matter what type of shipping I chose. Please contact me,

Don’t order from them!

I ordered a product it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days, and weeks have passed I have no product and the refund I requested still hasn’t arrived. This is the 2nd time I have paid for something and had a problem. Not sure what’s up because they were awesome a few years ago. So order at your own risk and good luck!

Customer in peril

I’ve ordered many many times with great results. Nice products. Today I discovered that my free shipping was changed to expedited shipping and more than doubled the total of the order. I immediately cancelled the order. But, the reply said it would take 24hrs for response. In the meantime PayPal has paid the order. So now I’m dealing with two parties. Very frustrating since there are no voices to speak to.
